Redo Nose correction?

After some 7 you, as predicted by clinic at the time, the typical Isaan wing width is coming well pronounced back.

What has technical changed over the years?

silicon implants are considered permanent so not sure why it has reabsorbed.

For this type of surgery there are 2 options, an artificial implant (silicone or gortex) or use of the patient's own cartiledge. Best I can suggest is to consult a hospital based plastic surgeon and avoid stand alone clinics.

silicon shouldn't be able to be split in the body, so if it enters the system and is transported somewhere, it is sitting there and surely don't has a positive effect on whatever it plugs..

Thanks, it appears the clinic knew that nose wings could outgrow the original shapes after x years. Lifetime warranty probably referred to a non-decaying silicone type. Fact is her nose becomes father's flat organ with nostrils taking much of otherwise sweet face.
