They store in central will send you to a service centre in Phuket town. Its moved a couple of times so i cant tell you precisely where it is.

Phuket Town, pass the old post office, and make an immediate left turn. Park and cross the street. Next to the DTAC shop.

No genius bar at Central, as it is not an Apple store.
