A Pattaya Police unit was on patrol in the South Pattaya area when they noticed a man acting suspiciously inside Soi Post Office. He was approached and searched and a pen-gun loaded with .22 caliber bullets was found inside his trouser pocket. He was arrested and taken back to Pattaya Police Station where he was charged with serious firearms offences.

As is standard with cases such as these a Police Computer check was made on the suspect, Khun Wichit aged 23 and it was discovered that there was an outstanding warrant for his arrest from Kongaen Province in the North-east of Thailand relating to the theft of money. Khun Wichit will be transferred to Kongaen Police where he will face the initial theft charge and a firearms charge courtesy of Pattaya Police.

And of course it was just a random chance capture with no prior knowledge of the accused, thanks to the brilliant detection skills of Pattaya's finest! :o

"As is standard with cases such as these..." :D

Yeah, they happen many times each and every day. :D

I clicked on this topic because I was dying to know what a "wanted fugitive" was doing with a "penguin" in Pattaya. :o

he was using the penguin to get money off tourists for photos, he should be locked up along with the monkey and snake touts

Now I know why the pen is mightier than the sword :o

Or perhaps it is a case of: "The penis, mightier than the sword"...?
