Hi everyone, does anyone know any clinic in Bangkok I can get my chalazion removed? Looking for somewhere cheap!

Normally cheap would be wait for it to disappear. But I would not use a cheap clinic if you really must remove. Rutnin Eye Hospital is one of the leading facilities and would likely not be that much more expensive than others - and IMHO at lot safer.

Removal is indicated only when it is recurrent in which case it should be biopsied.

Otherwise, treatment is conservartive: lid massage, moist heat, and topical mild steroid drops or cream; occasionally steroid injection into the lesion.

That assumes of course that the diagniosis is ocrrect and that it is nto in fact a stye, in which case antibiotics may be needed.

In either case Rutnin is a good choice.
