probable a call-back notification service

these services usually tell you when a busy number you called is no longer busy, or that someone tried to call you (but you didn't pick up, were already in a call, or didn't have signal coverage when the original call came in) ... usually either sent as an SMS notification, or an actual call-back.

Just tried searching Google: DTAC Miss No More ...mostly Thai language posts complaining about the service being used by others. Nothing in English explaining it.
