Transferring Fiber from Phuket to Bangkok (AIS)

Featured Replies

Hey,

I've looked around and I couldn't really find any information about it.

I live in Phuket and I am moving to BKK next month,

I have AIS fiber 1 year plan, and I want to keep the same plan in BKK.

But, apparently I need to cancel the plan in Phuket and apply for it again in BKK, which the process would cost me 4000 bahts.

I just want to confirm if I really need to cancel it and apply again, since I am struggling with the language over here with the AIS people, and the online service is not replying me.

Thanks for the help!

Probably. Unless you know already where you will live in Bkk and ensure that it actually has AIS Fiber available..
