femi fan Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 I"m a UK national flying to Bali in March. I'm running out of pages. I see i'm exempt from needing a visa for my holiday, but what actually gets stamped in my passport, and how much space will it take? Thanks for any first-hand experiences to help settle my mind. (i have two full pages blank, and two half pages' space)
femi fan Posted January 4, 2016 Author Posted January 4, 2016 I should have added that i will be flying back to thailand via Malaysia for two nights, so the same question applies for Malaysia!
cnx355 Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 Malaysia just have the regular entry-exit stamps ( see photo ) 1
steve187 Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 Thailand and maylaysia are a 1/6th of page in and the same out, thats if they are careful with the stmping. Bali i would think is the same , but never been.
Denim Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 Google is your friend. Just type in ' Indonesian visa ' images and you will ser what they look like.
steve187 Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 this web site is showing visa exempt entry - https://www.bali.com/visa-indonesia-entry-requirements-bali.html 1
theoldgit Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 Visa on arrival, sticker on a full page. That is not correct, UK citizens no longer need a visa on arrival, previous to which the full page sticker was abolished some years ago. theoldgit
honu Posted January 5, 2016 Posted January 5, 2016 I visited Indonesia in December (a month ago), and they did give me a visa on arrival. As I recall it was the usual sticker that took up a full page. I'm an American, not British, but one would expect the processing to be the same.
