Portuguese Restaurant in Pattaya

Featured Replies

Hello

I have been trying to find information on Portuguese Restaurant in Pattaya. The most I could find is this thread, but the thread is quite a few years old
http://www.thaivisa.com/forum/topic/237880-amigo-portuguese-macao-restaurant-in-jomtien/

So can you please tell me where can I find Portuguese restaurant in Pattaya. I want to treat a Portuguese friend.

Thank you very much.

I assume that place is closed by now. It was pretty good. As far as I know there is no current Portuguese or Macao/Poruguese restaurant now in the area. You could get some bacalao dishes at some of the Norweigan restaurants though but they won't be Portuguese flavor.

Not suggesting it is similar, it's GREEK actually, but here's an idea for something different for your friend, though the location isn't convenient:

The menu at El Greco looks interesting, does anyone have personal experience of this restaurant ?

Yes, it is very good. It's home cooking rustic style. Not fine dining.

Hi, if someone is interested in Portuguese products, there is a shop in Bangkok : www.shop-luso.com

I have purchased some sausages and chorizo + wine. Superbe ! Not cheap at all.

Now they just have some beers. Can not help to taste them.
