Am trying to migrate away from dropbox to apple iCloud.... work files no issue, but trying to get pics into iPhoto. Strangely, can't drop folders from finder to photo app ( can drag and drop files )..... but even more concerning, it won't import .mov or .m4v

Any advice ?

already created a new library, did not fix issue

Well.... moved all over.

Generally iCloud is ok for documents, not really make much difference as compared to Dropbox, although DB has more functionality ( i.e. better sharing ).

Down side is photo's. Have loaded all now... bug fixed as per above website. But, can't really share all pics with family, just some. annoying . upside is all devices are in sync now, and cause pics are in the cloud, device based pics are reduced in size saving space. Since i need th cloud, i am fine with that ( so long as apple don't loose the originals !! ).
