JaiLai
Can Thai nationals enter Cambodia with ID card only or must be with Passport? On another note - what's the process for entering Cambodia, is VOA easier than e-visa? Thanks.
SantiSuk
Dunno about the ID question. Yes VOA is easier (and the only option at certain land borders). e-visa gets you to your taxi at PP and SR airport 0 to 10 minutes earlier than VOA depending on demand so it's not worth paying the extra just for that IMO. However, I am a frequent traveller whose 10 year passport expires due to pages being fully used within 6 years typically. I avoid VOAs that use up a full page, like Camby does, where possible. Even then, $10 extra for the e-visa is only worth it because renewing a UK passport when you live 550 km from BKK is a right pain in the bum! Sheryl
Yes, VOA available at airport as well as all land borders. Personally I think evisa is more convenient. It depends on your luck but the delay in getting a VOA can be considerable if there are many othets doing the same thing. But as notef if coming by land only some crossings accept evisa. Thais and othet ASEAN nationals can get 14 days visa exempt.

Sheryl
Correct. But at some land borders they will try to shake down for some money (say 100 baht). Poipet especially bad in that regard.
