I took it to Tukcom and they said go to Royal Garden, but I found nowhere there.

trues shop in royal garden is on the floor below the restaurants on the top floor, also I went there and they told me I did not need to to anything just remember that by the 1st of december your number will have a 8 added to it for example if your old number was 04 90 2598 it would on the lst december be 084 90 2598 but to be safe go and see them as you know things change daily

You dont need to do anything your number allready has been changed from October 1st. For now though both numbers(with the 8 or without) are both valid. Starting December only the newnumber would work.

You don't need to do anything with your phone except edit your contacts to add the 8 after the 0

e.g old contact 01 123 4567

new contact 081 123 4567

Your phone number is changed automatically by your service provider.

The "service" being provided was only for people who are too stupid or

too lazy to edit their own contact lists.
