Right after immigration you wll find an exchange booth of SCB and an ATM

It is next to one of the baggage carousel. You cna use it waiting for your luggage to come through before going out via customs

There are plenty more after customs SCB and TMB

There is a Krung Thai ATM at the Novotel airport hotel lobby
