Non Imm O

Featured Replies

Hi ya

I just renewed my Non Imm O by mail in Hull, sent it off with english translation of my wedding cert on Tuesday morn, got it back Thursday!

Great service, cost 90 quid though :o

Sorry to pop your bubble.

You did not "renew" anything with the consulate in Hull.

They gave you a NEW Non-Imm O visa.

The fun begins here in Thailand when you want to extand that to be a 1 year visa.

Thne you need all the documents and money in the bank refered to in this site.

Ahh pedants corner returns...

Assumption rules K.O.

My bubble remains fully intact, as I have no intention of 'extanding' it, I like to 'renew' every year, as I am not a starving TEFL english teacher, I have a proper job which paysa decent wage, in which I get to go and come in and out of Thailand about 7 times a year.

It would be a major pain in the arse to have to keep getting stamped out everytime wouldn't it.

Happily awaiting my return 'home' to the missus in Rawai in 6 days

There are a number of ' good ' Thai Consulates around the world. The Hull office stands out in the UK.
