Second time I gave him short shift in mid patter.

Sponsor his stay in Asia or stay clear, for the record he's very fat, between 1,70-1,80m, crew cut light hair and thick Dutch english accent.

Heading there now for a domestic flight. If I see him in might be tempted to say I'll help but need to use the ATM, hoping to catch the attention of a police officer or official en route. Not sure they'd do anything though.

Just tell him,you have no Euros and walk off.

Pretty obvious scam from the get-go: who nowadays goes to the airport not having already paid for their ticket?
