Surely there is a demand but Thai websites are practically useless

Lion has a site with pictures and NO PRICES.Emailed them but no reply

Alibaba will sell you a minimum of 10 pieces,only really need one,how mwny would you like??

It would help if you could provide a picture of what you mean so that it is clear. there are some companies in Thailand which specialize in rental or sale of mobility equipment but not sure iof they would have what you mean.
