Where are the conspiracy theorists and the "expert" TVF investigators, lawyers and forensic scientists ?

A "suicide" according to the above must never be accepted------------they will argue that there is "criminal" involvement and that the 'right' perpetrator(s) face 'justice.

Shit thing to do to the people working there.

You have to be joking. Since he was a farang they probably burst out laughing and bought lottery tickets on the number of bullets sad.png

A few months ago I thought I had read the dumbest post ever. You just proved me wrong. Congratulations.

These "controlled" ranges are everywhere....usually police managed.........a selection of weapons always available......a trained assistant that usually loads and passes the weapon to the user, usually with 5 bullets only.........

Anyone can shoot at these places!

You don't need target practice to shoot yourself in the head. One's head is fairly easy to locate.

"discharging the eighth round into his head" simply describes an action that may not have been even witnessed and does not necessarily mean the discharge was deliberate. Hopefully, the police will not make hasty assumptions and close the incident without further investigation. Although that seems to be RTP's typical choice when no confession is involved.

Wow.

You read one short paragraph on the internet and accept it as being a 100% true and accurate account of the incident.

Ever heard the saying, "Don't believe everything you read?"

It probably is a suicide, but it may have been an accidental shooting.

Like so many things here, there are financial interests at stake, so best to place the blame on the individual, rather than the business and lack of safety standards here.

Open your mind a little.

I was thinking the same thing.

Why the eight and last round?

Even for the well trained, counting the rounds left in the magazine is not easy under rapid fire, but especially so for a novice having fun.

For all we know he thought he shot off the eight rounds and was then posing for his souvenir photo when he fired the last round.

It's possible the range officer never rendered the weapon safe before moving off the firing line, and that would leave the shooting range liable, like the bungy jump death a while ago.

So, best to say he committed suicide.

Of course, it could be suicide, but we may never know.

I never considered that ... worth considering that scenario ...
