Quality-minded DTP/printing service in Bangkok

Featured Replies

Hello, I'm looking for recommendations for a reasonably-priced, quality-minded print service or shop in Bangkok, preferably in the CBD, that can print brochures and booklets as well as edit electronic files and do basic DTP work professionally. For example, I give them a master Adobe Illustrator or InDesign file containing English text, and a Thai translation in Word, and they copy and paste the Thai into the file replacing the English. They need to be conscious of quality and pay attention to detail, ensuring the original layout and graphics are not altered, choosing attractive fonts, character spacing, line height etc. that is appealing for Thais to see and read. My experience of a few services is pay now pay now pay now and then copy and paste "reo-reo" without any care or an artistic eye. Any recommendations?

PS People doing random Google searches and suggesting I try XXX isn't appreciated. I've already done that. Print services can claim anything they like on their websites about quality, level of skill etc. (Most have appalling English on their websites, which doesn't give much confidence in their service.) Recommendations from people with a direct and satisfactory experience dealing with a print service would be much appreciated.
