Went to Central Festival yesterday. Had to dodge construction, Jump over plastic tape and rope just to get in the place.

Arrived at the concession I wanted to be met by grunts, Urrrrgh's, and indignation.

I had a polite simple request any international destination could supply with simplicity and efficiency.

Sadly not here, only a bad taste in the mouth. What a shame.

I can buy illegal goods and services easily, but a simple everyday request at an international retail outlet. Nah. Only a response comparable to a farm animal.
