Real estate agent in Nong Khai wanted

Can anyone recommend a really good agent in Nong Khai. Have a new 2 story townhouse I need to sell in 1 month.

To be able to sell in one month is a huge ask for anybody, I would try looking for a well recommended "Deity"

I'd have recommended FBI in Udon Thani as being at least worth a shot- but they refused to renew his work Visa, after 19 years or so operating! Danish guy, Preben I think.

Suggest you, or a friend, stop by the Nong Khai provincial Land Department office. I've noticed in several of these offices that there's flyers posted by agents.

There are several "Thai agents" in and around NK. But saying that, I know of people that have been trying to sell their property for over 1 year now and have still not sold. Good luck with the 1 month deadline.
