I'm thinking if driving up to Burma, to do the visa run for my last 90 day exit, n my non imm O visa.

Is it still open, and possible to complete In the day.

Yes, as far as I know. I would recommend parking at the Andaman Club pier and using their facilities - you should look on Google maps as it's not so easy to find.

Leave Phuket early - say 06.00 - and be back for early evening. Done it often in my early years here.

Last time I was there they wanted to see 20,000 cash and a ticket out of Thailand. That was an METV though so an O visa might be easier I dunno.

Everything there is flexible though subject to certain gratuities being given.
