So two weddings on my local beach this evening, both couples Chinese ! Seems the modern Chinese  weddings are in White dress....

Had a friend of a friend  from Hong Kong confirming that.

I was the only westerner on the boat other than the Burmese crew and visitors from Hong Kong and other parts of China! (good bunch of people)

Well today, it was the Angthong Marine Park tour ... stunningly beautiful as always... It's amazing how people even during low season are going each day...(from Samui)

Apparently they got all 105 passengers off along with the vehicles.... when we returned later the back ramp was closed up....

Heading over to KP  tomorrow, it will be interesting to see if they have managed to get it off the sand bar...

We used Rajah ferries when we last visited you Jim.

Not impressed with their maintenance program at all.

yes not the best maintained for sure ...

But for those on Koh Phangan,  there is no choice from KP/ Samui/ KP ...other than going to mainland and then getting the Seatran Ferry... that would be a very long trip with a vehicle!

At least the speed boats, I have used this week are well maintained!

Just about everyone just nods off....especially on way home!

zzzzzzz!

Burmese monks over see the annual blessing of the Buddha and show respect to over 65's ... Hundreds of Burmese attend this day long event every year, I always seem to get invited...  Free breakfast and lunch, can't turn that down!
