NLA's societal committee chairman has faith in Thailand's democratic youth

BANGKOK, 22 April 2016 (NNT) – The chairman of a committee under the National Legislative Assembly is placing its faith in the country’s democratic youth and their future as good politicians.

Chairman of the NLA Committee on society and the affairs of children, youth, women, the elderly, people with disabilities and the underprivileged, Wallop Tangkananurak on Thursday delivered a speech to the second group of Democratic Youth, made up of 160 young citizens participating in the project organized by the Secretariat of the House of Representatives.

Mr. Wallop said that not all young people have the opportunity to observe the country’s transition, before the public referendum on the new draft charter takes place on August 7.

He also urged them all to be representatives of Thai youth and study the draft charter as much as possible, particularly the parts that are related to children and youth.

Mr. Wallop also wished the democratic youth all success in life and hoped that they grow up to become valuable members of society, while hoping some may also enter politics and prove to be good politicians in the future.

Who's designing the uniforms for the Prayut Youth ?

Will there be torchlight rallies at dead of night ?

And book burnings;..or should it be comic burnings ?

Fahrenheit 451 required viewing unless the temp is different for comics.
