A relative in Germany asked me to find out if the graphic cards he is interested in are cheaper here in LOS but I can't find any Baht prices online.

the cards he asked me about with their German prices in Euro:

7950Gx2 (E500.-)

or

x1900XT (E360.-)

or

x1900XTX (E450.-)

If they are available here cheaper, is it advisable to ship one to Germany?

Go to hwhinter.com. They have their prices listed online, and they have branches in every major IT place.

Prices in Europe can be pretty steep, but I don't know how steep. I also have no idea about the customs procedures in Germany.
