Please, recommend me the shop for repair my Toyota vios (engine) 2009 year. How is it better and chipper then Toyota Center?

I was in Toyota Center, they dont know what is the problem with engine. But if they will analyze more detail then they will fix. It can take about one month and cast about 50000 (depend to problem). So, Id like to get more clear service.

Pay for the analysis and quote only and take it to a second toyota dealer for a second opinion to get a better understanding?
