Thai Airways soars with ‘plane’-tastic gourmet menus for all classes

While not strictly Thailand related, this post is related to banking and finance and may be of interest to Americans living in Thailand. The Discover credit card folks are currently offering FREE credit score reports to anyone who wants to see their FICO credit score. Of course, many people already know their score and even pay to subscribe to the major credit reporting agencies so they can track their score. For those who don't but may be interested in their score nonetheless, here's a free way to get it.

If you sign up at their site (don't have to apply for a Discover Card) you will receive an immediate "credit scorecard" which is a summary of your credit history and your current FICO score (based on the Experion database). You have to provide your bio details and a Social, of course, and then you will see your report (which you can also download and save or print). Just as with paid services, after you sign-up, you will be asked some personalized address, loan, and employment history questions to verify your identity.
