Are electronic cigarettes available in Phuket?

Which stores carry them and where are they located?

Prefer in south of island.

I saw them for sale in several shops in JungCeylon top floor (Patong) lately. Just around the corner from the cinema.

It's actually legal to possess and even use them in public (though of course etiquette dictates it's best only in places where smoking too is allowed) -- it's just illegal to sell/import them. As such, to find a brick & mortar shop is very difficult, though as mentioned above you can find some e-cig related products at small Kiosk's in most bigger malls here. Unfortunately the juice they sell is mostly crap Chinese stuff, so really is best to bring your own juice. Similarly, the e-cig pens/mods they sell are likely copies.
