giddyup
The missus and I need a break, so we want to board our small dog for a few days where he's going to be well looked after and safe.
Spaniel
http://www.thaipetcare.net/home/ We used this place many times. Excellent service but not in the "darkside".

justsignedin
BJ Dog Resort on the Darkside is the most highly recommended in Pattaya, but there are a few more, and there are certain types you should avoid. You can find links to all the best boarding kennels on the link. Plus what I think is also some good advice if you care about your pet's welfare. http://www.pattayaunlimited.com/pattaya-boarding-kennels/

Some of the Vets kennel dogs, but that usually means keeping them in a small cage 24 hours a day, which would be torture for our mutt.

If they ask you if you want your dog washed before pickup, unless you want to pay 500 baht for a wash. Make sure you put tick drops before going in as most places they get everywhere. You get a small discount for a weekmobile

Just a word of warning ..I boarded my dog at BJ for 5 night ...and paid extra to have him shampooed before I picked him up ....Upon getting him home I spotted a tick on him ....so I gave him a thougher check of his entire body ...I removed more 12 ticks.....and a few days later he start to show the symptoms of Tick fever ..and nearly died .. for this reason I will never board him there again .. At the very least they should have noticed the ticks on his body when they shampooed him . Please be advised
trojanhorse
Bj resort is surrounded by field hence the problem, my dog had tick drops on him before I put him in, when they washed him it wasn't with anti tick shampoo either, the kennels should be sprayed with anti tick spray but judging from reports they dont mobile

NanLaew
http://www.thaipetcare.net/home/ We used this place many times. Excellent service but not in the "darkside". Looks OK, but not exactly local. This place handled the cremation of our Jack a few months ago. It looks like a really nice place for a dog vacation, the people we dealt with were really polite and courteous and the location is super quiet. It's only a 20 minute drive at most.
