wowwo
Who can help me here? I am working in Thailand and have a 12 month multiple entry non-immigrant B visa. My wife (European & NOT married but living together with me for over 12 years) also has a 12 month multiple entry visa non-immigrant-B visa. We got this in the Netherlands when we went to Thailand. She however never started working in Thailand. We have to renew our visa soon and are thinking of flying back to Europe to do this. I can get a new visa without a problem, but what about my wife? What kind of visa does she need to apply for? She will not work in Thailand for the foreseeable future. Remember we are not married but living togehter and to complicate things further, she is Austrian and I am Dutch.
dr_Pat_Pong
Your hassle is that Thai law does not recognize common law ( de facto ) marriage. She can do what you did last time back in Europe as can you. Or go to Australia it is closer.
