CTH & True Visions - Same Sat Dish?

I'm after a bit of advice on satellite TV.

We presently have CTH and as it's finishing up at the end of the month, looking for an alternative (basically for the wife).
Don't want to go the internet route so looking at Satellite set ups.

Thought we would go for True Visions and then noticed that you can buy a True set top box with a decent channel selection.

From having a quick read, both CTH and True use the KU band.

So my query is, would I just be able to plug in and tune the STB and connect it to the existing CTH satellite dish or would the
dish need to be realigned?
