Yes, that includes the 1,900 THB for the extension, I also pay an extra 4,000 THB to get a multi re-entry permit so 12K all in. Letter from (Bangkok) Bank, updated passbook & a 3 month statement (Fixed Deposit account). I usually pop in to see them a couple of days before & they give me a piece of paper to give to the Branch that explains everything I need. On the day I'm doing my extension I go into the bank 1st thing, then to Maneerat then to Jomtien to have my picture taken, pick up the passport a couple of days later...
