Men, Women and Wallets

Shoot me the day I would ever be dependent on a man's wallet. Been so all my life.

I see many here howling for the moon and expect expensive stuff on a platter like someone owes them something. Well the universe was here first and life owes you nothing if you can't do it on your own.

Sorry. These types of women are a pain in the backside. I am not one.

The males and femmes on here what is your stance?

its a good way for guys who have nothing else to offer to get girls that are normally out of their range.

I prefer your kind, because the other kind is gone when the money is gone. They can be quite fun, but not for a relationship.

...the procedure, of the women in question:

man fill wallet

woman empty wallet

woman say " you got no  money"

woman find another wallet

I wish no stereotyping or bashing women here please.

oh!! and my words were from real life experience, so maybe I can monotype my views ;)

Does that make a woman dependent, or smart ?

She is taking an easy route, or taking a path well trodden for generations.

Has it not been the case for generations that the woman takes care the home/children and the man "hunts" or brings in the money.

That's the way it has been for many many generations and for some will remain to be the case. I am not saying its neither right nor wrong, just that is the way it is.

Agreed in more "modern" times and in certain parts of the world things have evolved and equality has arrived, but for many parts of the world, it remains "his job" to do X, "her job" to do Y and its the normal social order.

Just because you don't do it, or don't feel its right, doesn't make it wrong, it just means you have a different opinion, and of course are entitled to that, but the exception, rather than the general rule in some countries and societies.

Personally, I prefer not to judge others especially when in a different country or culture.

Well l guess you'll have to shoot l was dependent on my Dads wallet from birth until l earned my own dosh.

Someone once said: "the greatest sex-appeal of a man is his wallet". Latest example. The "Donald" and his girlie wife.

In order to avoid closure of this thread (=not Thailand related), I state that Thailand has more "Donald's" than the rest of the world combined.

Cheers.
