It will still be open until Nov or Dec, but have found a buyer.  A nice young local couple: Amarin and Wendy are purchasing it.  They plan to establish a restaurant and coffee shop there.  Doubtful they'll continue the rock climbing venue, but Wendy says she'd like to keep it park-like.   If you drive by, you can see they've already transformed the terrain.   I've had the property 8 years, and Boomerang had a successful run for 5.   Not much money made, but a lot of folks had great times.  Nearly everyone was ebullient by the time we waved good-bye, and we had many repeats.

 

Am now focusing on the next hill along the road.  It's the hill which rolls along the river, and has a Buddha Cave at its west end.  It has a path along its south (river) side, but am hoping to garner interest in making a path along its beautiful north side.   Anyone interested in that sort of project, please contact me. 

Always interested in a new coffee shop in a nice area.

Maybe an opportunity arises here?
