But you can record the BP results manually and export to your PC as a .csv file.

Further, it gives a summary of average BP weekly, monthly etc.

That is what I do on the blood pressure 2016.xls file I posted at post #57.

I just don't bother to average them out.

I have a microlife - -

I did have an Omron but the arm cuff was too small - make sure that you get a comfortable fitting size before you purchase... there was no taking it back...

I ordered the M to L cuff. For the Microlife the sizes are

S           17 to 22 cm (6.75 to 8.75 inches)

M          22 to 32 cm (8.75 to 12.5 inches)

L           32 to 42 cm (12.5 to 16.5 inches)

M to L  22 to 42 cm (8.75 to 16,5 inches)

As some Brits would say, "Fit as a butchers dog." Well done sir!

Actually those BPs are not fit, they are way too low - but should not take BP repeatedly just 5 min apart so I think disregard the second 2 readings.

The first is also low but there are people who run like that especially early morning. Might also want to get a reading via an old fashioned manual type BP machine & stethoscope to be more sure.

Believe you use a wrist unit - do you have an armband unit you could compare with if wife not OK with inviting nurse for home visit at 0515?  Are these within your normal range?

i wish that was correct. actually i'm a heart patient, 4 coronary and 1 aorta bypass (2008), a pacemaker cum defibrillator implant (2015) and a heart pumping efficiency of only 42% (now age 73).

i have an extremely low blood pressure since i can remember. when i volunteered for military service at age 18 the medic said "no can do!" and revised his judgment only when i did 5 push-ups clapping my hands and another 20 normal push-ups in less than 15 seconds.

measured record low (before i got the pacemaker) was 56-35, puls low 40s after an afternoon nap. now the pacemaker kicks in when puls below 60. of course i don't realise it but last the last memory check showed "pacemaker activity 94%".
