like/dislike posts

probably on the wrong forum, but does anyone know why you cannot like certain posts and others ok? It seems to be random,

 nothing specific.

It's still a glitch in the new set up... sometimes works sometimes not... 

If you refresh the page after getting the message the like will show.... (usually anyway!)

I know its been asked before  but I'll ask again ( if you don't ask you don't get )

Can we please have a thumbs down or  "dislike"  button too  for those posts that we  disagree with.
