Ok I know its not a normal request but any of the places I normally visit to buy things dont seem to carry them for sale, really after just normal coloured ones to make things for sale  stand out.

We bought balloons for Christmas at Makro, but that may have been a seasonal thing.

 

My wife says that they sell them everywhere!

She suggests you look in the children's department of the supermarkets.

ask at any bar... they will know where they get them from to celebrate birthdays etc

I agree....CM Plastic have biggest selection and probably cheapest too.

Nearly every bathroom in a bar/club has a machine dispensing them for cheap.
