Minding my own business yesterday whilst listening to the radio I caught the tail end of an advert. I think.

It said that from 2005 a ASEAN visa would be available allowing travel through all ASEAN counties on the same visa? I assume it was ASEAN not Asian.Although it's hard to tell via Radio

Now was I daydreaming or have I missed something? Dr PP ? George ? Anyone?

It was talked about between Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia. A Schengen type visa. One visa enables a visit to the other countries. It would mean the 4 countries sharing their ' black lists ', and there seems to be a bit of reluctance to do that as yet, I haven't heard of any serious ASEAN proposal. Just talk at this stage.
