Perhaps some members have a decent command of the English language.
I know some people who have spent so many years in the Kingdom- they only converse in a strange language consisting of no more that two syllables - it's very peculiar .

Not strange, odd, weird, unusual etc at all it's called Thaiglish.

When I started reading this Forum I quickly realised, to my great surprise, how immature some adults are....puzzles me how they even managed to make it this far?

I have come to the conclusion that it must be a cultural thing, I honestly didn't come across it back home, or while holidaying around Europe.

You need to go to Benidorm or Magaluf ur meet many immature adults there, mainly from northern England. ??

One of the drawbacks of adequate to generous welfare systems, in those countries that provide them, is that idiots and the weak minded are maintained, and even flourish (it's very much a "Christian" thing) until they reach retirement age and start to receive their pensions.

Guess where they go when it starts to arrive?

I work in the UK during the summer and this year one of them managed to get a job with my company by hiding his "condition" at interview. One is allowed to do that.  Very difficult to get rid of them when it starts to reveal itself.  He will go on getting paid for f*****g up, with us or somebody else, until the magic day he starts to draw his pension.

That's how they manage it.

The quality of your relations will depend upon the quality of your character.

Same in TV, same in the real world.

Never had a problem, because I show respect.Sometimes I get it back, sometimes I have to withdraw.

Are the postings on ThaiVisa getting more literate, more coherent, more interesting and more intelligent, or is it my imagination???

If you read through the postings in this thread with link below (as an example) that will quickly disabuse you of the notion that there has been an improvement in literacy, coherency or intelligence.
