Looking for Land in CM for my thai wife

Hi there,

my name is timo from austria and i am new in here. My thai wife and i plan to move to thailand in a couples of years. For prepare that, we are already looking for a nice and payable builing land with a fully chanode, about max 30 Kilometer far from the chiang mai centre. Mean, such areas like doi saket, sankamphaeng, san sai, mae rim ,san patong would be in choice. Size would be nice more than 100 talangwa and price not more than 400.000 THB.

My wife she is not original from chiang mai, we just did our holiday two times over there, but both of us falling in love in that part of thailand.

Maybe anybody in here who also stay chiang mai an can help by find a nice land…just give me a pm.

dd property rarely responds to inquirers and ofter misrepresents where the properties are located with false drop pins. I have tried numerous times to do business with them always unsuccessfully

I agree about the drop pins. Although some are correct others are wildly off target. Also, the properties have often been sold but the vendor has not cancelled the advert.

Nonetheless, I have found it useful in making a rough assessment of what is available and for how much

Still hard to beat the tried and tested method of driving around the area of interest yourself and seeing what's out there with your own eyes.
