Hi,

 

I am looking for a solid lawyer firm who can assist my BF to obtain "Retirement VISA".
It is specific that our address is in Samatprakarn and we do not want to use dummy address.
I want it legit.

 

Kindly advise.

Why pay a lawyer?

 

 A visa and subsequent extension of stay are easily obtained by ones own effort.

    As said if being done legally there should not be any need to pay fees to a lawyer - immigration will provide you all the information required if BF unable to do or understand himself.  Basically all he needs if financial proof and fill out a TM.7 form (plus perhaps several others at time of application) and pay the 1,900 baht fee.  After obtained he will have to report address on TM47 every 90 days.  If you need specific information people here can answer your questions.

    No need for a lawyer. Your BF can get advice here for free. Obtaining an extension of stay (not a visa) based on retirement is a very easy process.
