Any good radio to pratice thai ?

Featured Replies

Hi, I would like to listen the radio to get used to thai langage, any recommendation ?

Cheers
Flo

I listen to several very good internet sites at home all the time.  They are blocked here at my work site so I can't send you the web links.  Just search for Thai Radio Online and try a few.  I will send the one I found that works the best later

Voice of America still has Thai broadcasts. Thirty minutes of news and other items broadcast 5 days a week. You can listen on the net but the website is all in Thai so you may have difficulty in locating the correct location.

You will require a reasonable standard of Thai to follow the broadcasts, but if you persevere you will eventually understand it all (took several years for me). It also helps if you have heard the news for that day already in English.

Thanks so much, it's a very good idea to listen the news first in english, then in thai
