i want bring out a now box that is loaded up with plex

my question is 

are there any isp issues restrictions or limitations ???

anyone got an answer to this or had any issues with a now box that they may have took over to thailand

No likely issues. Have tested said box with with a Roku app that allows one to store and stream Torrents etc 

If you're talking about ISP's, I've never seen issues over restrictions, only performance.

And that also varies from IPTV provider to IPTV provider.
