None of this would apply if you are buying a "house" via a company route. -

Calling someone obviously a lot more intelligent than you an idiot doesn't look good for you, and it's also against forum rules. You're a lazy responder, answering in a few words just to keep an argument going, with little explanation why. If you don't have the knowledge on a particular subject, just stay out of the discussion, so you don't make yourself look like a fool or a troller. Calling a parent a loser also makes you look ignorant, as being a parent to that child is my passion and my responsibility. That I fathered a child at 60 has nothing to do with you so any comment you make shows instability or ignorance. I'm thinking you don't have any children so that would be a reason you don't understand. If you do have children and make such a comment, it shows also a lack of knowledge and understanding of what makes real parenting and I feel sorry for any children you would raise to be as disrespectful as you have proven to be. The only people I'm boring to are those that don't understand what I say, or disagree with me because they aren't a good parent themselves. If someone bores you, don't reply to them. -

Crime Belgian Tourist Causes Chaos in Pattaya Convenience Store, Pays 35,000 Baht in Damages
He must be talking about his fellow Brits, because as a Belgian, I don't know many Belgians that are covered from head to toe in tattoos. When I see someone like that here in Pattaya, I don't need to ask for his passport to know where he's from -

Lots of bad Thai food in Thailand. But there's some really good places with cheap food. Western cities make sweet curries not authentic. But for me Thai culture doesnt exist in the west. -

Transfer cost
Thailand has temporarily reduced property transfer and mortgage fees to 0.01% for certain residential properties, effective until June 2026. This applies to properties valued at up to 7 million Thai baht (approximately $201,729). The original fees were 2% for transfer and 1% for mortgage registration. This measure aims to stimulate the real estate sector and ease financial burdens on homebuyers.
