Lens trouble

It's a Minolta 300mm 2.8 HS AF APO, a big and heavy beast. Last time I used it was maybe 4 months ago, and since then it was in it's case. Today I wanted to get it ready for the "super moon" and found that auto-focus and aperture were not functioning. Cleaned contacts, but no joy. Anyone have any other tips? Or, do you know of a good lens repair place in BKK? Appreciate any info!
