Flying from Phuket to Surat Thani

Hi, I am thinking of travelling from Phuket to Surat Thani end-Nov in the fastest way.

Are there flights between these 2 cities, and if so, which airlines?

I don't think there are any direct flights. Bus is probably your best option:

there are no such flights and as far as I know, have never ever been. This is just a short distance that it would be a shame considering the environmental impact. Even Phuket - Hat Yai has not been operating for a long time until very recently

 

Fastest way, if money is not a a concern - a Taxi

I've decided to spend more time in one place (Phuket), and will make a separate trip to the opposite coast next year.
