All ThaI government hospitals offer massage, as do government health centers. The massueses in these, unlike many you will find elsewhere, have had formal training and are accustomed to treating people with back and other health problems.

In the Health Centers they are sometimes available just in the mornings.  usually all day in the hospitals.

Ask a neighbor where the nearest health center (suon animai) or government hospital is. Doesn't matter if ti is just a small community hospital, they'll still have massage.
