For those who may have QROPS pensions, I believe the UK chancellor is opening up flexible drawdown, as it has stated the 70% rule to provide pension is being abolished, we will know more in the DEC 5 statement

 

It may need the local legislation also be amended as well so may not happen for a while, but think it is coming

 

Anyone have any views

I am also in Gib, last year I got payout on annual basis doubled, had a big fight to achieve this, PM if you wish I do not wish to put too much detail on open forum

 

I probably know a lot more than most advisers in Gib

 

We will also need the Gib government to update their rules in their parliament, if my assumptions are correct
