There's more at work here than the killer driver alone. Hi-so types, and those in power can't afford to have one of their own bought to justice. It makes it easier for them to be appropriately punished the next time one of them kills again. Remember the Red Bull heir?

They were graduates from  Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya   which is completely different from Chulalongkorn. It is a buddhist university. When a journalist fails even this basic step, it makes it hard to believe anything else they write.

He is 100% correct.

 

In the Ford were Kritsana Thaworn, 32, and Thanthaphat Horsaengchai, 34.

 

Kritsana was the young lady and Thanthaphat was a man.

 

Do a simple Google search and get YOUR facts correct before decrying others. If you read the other English language newspaper you will find the story and the photos of the two victims.

 

Having seen the photos you should apologise to oldsailor35.

What witnesses do you need wen there is the footage of the wreck. It is clear as the sky who is guilty! No need for witnesses or other BS!

A new traffic law requires police to test motorists involved in accidents for alcohol or drug use.
Any refusal automatically leads to a charge of DUI.
This is the law.
This fact must actually be on the docking list.

Also driving at over 200 km/h, on the highways, the maximum speed is 120 km/h.
Also the deliberate breach of a highway barrier is punishable.
It not was only negligent driving,
it was negligent driving with a double death result.
Double negligent manslaughter is the right designation.

It looks like as his lawyers are cherries picking in the law book for the slightest punishment.
Hope the court added here the penalties accordingly.

Jenphop Faces Fresh Lawsuit Over Fatal Crash

Jenphop Viraporn and his mother leave the court on Monday in Ayutthaya province.

 

AYUTTHAYA — Legal troubles are piling up for millionaire Jenphop Viraporn, who on top of a vehicular manslaughter trial for killing two graduate students eight months ago, now faces a civil suit for refusing to pay damages for the car he wrecked.

 

A lawyer for the one of the victim’s families Tuesday threatened the suit after Jenphop reneged on paying the compensation he’d promised for the Ford which went up in flames after he slammed into it on March 13, killing Krissana Thaworn and classmate Thantapat Horsaengchai inside.
