Why not go and have a look?

You will find the entrance on Soi Bukhaew.

The problem might be the slum next door which comprises of several shacks and a farmyard. It is an eyesore and smelly and noisy. If you are in the Diana tower block in a high floor it won't matter.

However, be aware, that Diana apartments can be rented for 8,000 per month (unfurnished). Do you really want to part with 2m baht?

Agree with Libya 115, go take a look and do so at least 2 or 3 times at different times of the day. Don't want to cast nasturtiums but I will. I knew a few guys who lived there about 12 years ago and , from what they said and the little I saw, the place was infested by shall we say persons whose aquaintance you would not necessarily seek nor desire.
