Serial Burglar Rearrested

CityNews – A man accused of having robbed residents of Haiya Sub-District over ten times has been arrested by the police.

 

On November 23rd, police received information that there was a spate of theft in Haiya, suspected to be by the same perpetrator. Police used CCTV and tracked the suspect until the December 6th when they arrested the accused, 38 year old Rachan Suyapor.

Another one never learned his lesson.

Maybe a harsher punishment will do the trick?

I've said it before, one of the complaints I hear from our Police friends is about the annual amnesty system here. Time after time career criminals like this one are released way too early in what appears to be simply a way to get the appalling prison population numbers down.

Is that him doing the perp point??
