We are going to buy another car down in Bangkok and want to try to figure out how much it will cost us to change the blue book to our name and the cost any other fees or taxes that we will need to pay.

It is a private owner and I heard that usually the fees will be on the buyer. 

 

Plus I would get the plates changed to my jangwat.
